A few steps we take to protect and prepare your home |

- First we carefully setup the cleaning hoses and equipment. We are very careful not to damage any flowers or plants etc.
- We place a mat at your front door to wipe our feet off while going in and out of the home.
- We protect your woodwork and paint with corner guards.
- We wear shoe covers to prevent your freshly cleaned carpet from being tracked up. We will also leave you several pairs to wear while your carpet is drying.

12 Step Cleaning Process – Full Service Cleaning |

- Thorough Pre-Inspection: During the pre-inspection we test the carpet to determine the type of fiber being cleaned. We also note any stains that may be permanent or need special spotting procedures.
- Thorough Pre-Vacuum: Dry soil is removed from the carpet before any wet cleaning agents are applied to the carpet. This is the most important step in cleaning any textile.
- Furniture Carefully Moved: Furniture is carefully moved
- All natural pre-spray: We apply an oxygenated citrus cleaner to the carpet to release stains and heavy soiling from the carpet. The pre-treatment has a clean citrus smell and does a great job of deodorizing the carpet. If you prefer, we can use a pre-treatment that has no added fragrance.
- Thorough agitation: The pretreatment is worked into the carpet with a carpet groomer to further loosen stains. Very soiled carpets may be agitated with a rotary machine.
- Soil extraction and rinse: We use professional truck-mounted cleaning equipment to steam clean the carpet extracting deep soiling and staining out of the carpet.
- Post Spot Cleaning: Any stains that are not removed after steam cleaning will be treated with specialty spot removers.
- Tab and Block Furniture: We place furniture with wood or metal legs on foam blocks or tabs to protect the carpet while it is drying.
- Apply Carpet Protector: This is optional but highly recommended. We use premium Dupont Teflon carpet protector.
- Post Groom: Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile is left standing tall after we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster and in the right position.
- Speed Dry: High velocity fans are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning for customers who have carpet protector applied.
- Post Inspection: We will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the results.
