How do we get your carpets so clean and leave them dry to the touch? Is it the equipment we use or something else? The truth is a lot of companies have good equipment, but they don’t train their employees how to use the equipment properly. They leave the carpet very wet because they are in a rush to get to their next cleaning appointment. Why are they in such a rush you may be asking? Simple; they are not charging enough to allow themselves to slow down and do the job right. However the single most important reason we get your carpets so clean and dry is the experience we have. We have the experience and training to do the job right, and we take our time and will not rush through the job. |

High Performance Cleaning Accessories: |

- We use larger vacuum hoses. The increased diameter of the vacuum hose we use allows air and water to flow through much easier thus resulting in more water being extracted out of the carpet and faster dry times.
- We use special attachments known as Teflon wand glides. The glide fits on the bottom of the cleaning tool and allows the cleaning tool to glide over the carpet more easily preventing the tool from getting bogged down in the carpet. This increases the air flow resulting in faster dry times.
- If your carpet is heavy soiled we offer a rotary steam cleaning using a system known as the RX 20. The RX 20 rotates creating over 600 cleaning passes every minute. We primarily use this system for commercial glue down carpet and some residential carpets.
- Four to the door. This is a term we use in the carpet cleaning industry which means we run two vacuum hoses off the truck and then use a special attachment to reduce the two hoses into one which goes to the cleaning wand. This greatly increases the airflow to dry your carpets faster. We primarily use this hose setup when we are cleaning long distances from the truck.

VACUUM, VACUUM, VACUUM: |
| |
|
| |
A thorough pre-vacuum is the most important step in cleaning any textile. Up to 80 percent of dirt and soil in carpet is dry particulate soil. The most effective way to remove this type of soiling is by vacuuming with a quality upright vacuum with a beater bar. Most cleaners simply begin cleaning without removing the dry soil in the carpet first. This just results in the dry soil turning into mud which makes removing it much more difficult. This then results in multiple cleaning strokes which over wets the carpet. |

Hot Water Cleans Better and Leaves Your Carpets Dry Faster: The cleaning system we use cleans with water temperatures in excess of 200 degrees. The hot water naturally sanitizes your carpet while eliminating germs, bacteria, and allergens. Because hot water evaporates quicker than cold water, your carpet will dry noticeably faster. |
| |
|
| |
Extra Dry Extraction Passes: This is relatively simple but again takes more time and effort. After we clean an area, we go back over it slowly and extract the carpet with the wand with dry passes to remove any excess moisture out of the carpet. |

Tips for Faster Drying: |
| |
|

- Turn on your ceiling fans and turn the air conditioner on in the summer and the heat on in the winter months. The idea is to circulate the air inside the house. Turn on any ground level and ceiling fans as well.
- In mild weather conditions you may want to open a window on each end of the house to let air circulate inside the house.
